What is Home and School:

Home and School (H&S) is an organization designed to strengthen the relationship between home and school by providing our parents with a means to gather, share information, and work together on school-related projects. H&S provides funds for teachers, makes school improvements, and also purchases all the curriculum used in the classrooms. All parents/guardians are members of Home and School and are invited to attend meetings.

How We Are funded:

H&S is entirely funded by money raised at the annual Sacred Heart School Raffle and Carnival. H&S also seeks out and applies for grants to help fund some of our projects and school updates.

Parent/Guardian Requirements:

The only thing H&S requires of parents/guardians is that you work one shift at the School Carnival. We do encourage you to attend the monthly H&S meetings, as this is the best way to stay informed about what is going on in the school. If you are unable to attend, but would like to participate, please contact a H&S officer as there are many ways you can be involved.
